Purchase Order Report

The Open Purchase Order List provides a view of your open purchase orders, categorised by suppliers. At this time, the option to add the closed purchase orders (status) is unavailable.

Alternatively, you can run the Transaction List by Supplier report and customised it to show the closed and open statuses for the purchase orders.

Here's how:

1. Navigate to the Report menu on the left panel and enter Transaction List by Supplier in the Search field.
2. Select the Switch to classic view option.
3. On the report's screen, set the correct date range from the Report period drop-down.
4. Click the Customise button to open the Customise report window.
5. In the Rows/Columns section, click the Change columns link and tick the boxes for the items you wish to include in the report like PO Status.
6. In the Filter section, tick the Transaction Type box and select Purchase Order.
7. Mark the Supplier box and select the names you wish to add to the report.
8. Press the Run report button for the changes to take effect.
