Let's perform some steps to see if this is just triggered by your bank, or in QuickBooks Online (QBO), chiefrm429.

If you are referring to your credit card transactions not downloading in QBO, there are some possible reasons why it happens. Among these are:

  • There is a minor or major update in your bank information such as the bank account number.
  • Update on your bank’s website. If you can't find your FI, you can request support for your bank and request it be added.
  • Updates in your Online Banking Login credentials.
  • Bank outage and other scheduled maintenance.

Let's try checking on your bank websites if there's no problem on their end. Let's try manually downloading the bank transactions again. Here's how:

  1. On the left panel, click Banking.
  2. At the upper right side of the page, click Update.
  3. If you get no update. Open Quickbooks in a private/incognito browsing window and then try again updating the banking page.
  4. If you receive an error message please go to this article and follow the steps provided to resolve.

Any questions let us know, we'd be happy to help.

You can manually import your bank transactions using.CSV a file. You can download any missing transactions that do not pull through from your bank's website and upload them to QBO. If the error is resolved by the steps provided then the bank with upload as normal going forward.

Try open your QBO account on private/incognito browser and redo the process. If the same error persists, utilize this trial version of this app to isolate any issue.
