QBO when I press start reconcile nothing happens. We are not linked to our bank.

We have used QBO for some time without an issue. We tried to reconcile our bank account but when we press start reconciling nothing happens. We have never been linked to our bank.

You don't need to have a live bank feed in order to reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online. 

 

QuickBooks uses browser cache and cookies to run faster, but sometimes these can also block pages from responding as expected. To troubleshoot, please clear the cache and Intuit-specific cookies on your browser, or open QuickBooks in a different web browser/incognito browsing window.
