My issue was that the cog button immediately at the top of the report normally lets me customise from there - in some reports that is missing.

However the higher up customise button (often hidden by annoying auto screen positioning to top of report) does still provide the customise filter options.

    Hello BRS Sandie, thanks for posting on the Community page, so not all reports have the filter option from the little cog wheel but all reports do have the customize button option so filter the report down so it just shows the information you want.
