Hi

 

When I am trying to download my receipts for the last tax year it is exporting them and asking me to click on a link (zip file)  to save onto my computer but it will not allow me to click on the link.

 

Can you help?  Basically I want a quick way of saving or printing out hard copies on any receipts that I have loaded onto quickbooks.

Hi Gaynor Francis

 

The zip file should be save to your download folder (unattached documents) where you should then be able to click into the folder and then either view, save or print the images individually.
