Reports: Transaction Detail By Account (modern view)

I am running report Transaction Detail By Account (modern view) and have noticed that the signage in the Amount Column seems to be incorrect. I would expect all Credit amounts to have a negative amount and all Debit amounts to have a positive amount. The sum of Amount for an unfiltered transaction list for a period would then be Zero. This is how QBD showed it (and other accounting systems I have used in the past).

QBO specialist said that his system was showing the same as mine e.g. Transaction type Bill all showing as positive values.
