Save and New button missing from sales receipt page

Recently I have noticed that on the Sales Receipt page the Save and New button is missing from the drop down list in the bottom right corner where the button is displayed. When the button is there, when you used to click on it the button stayed as a selected button. This means that clicking the case and close button and reopening the sales receipt page every time, which is not the best way.

 

I have looked through the help pages and can find no useful information. I have cleared the cache of the computer and browser and this makes no difference. I have also tried on two devices and two different browsers (Brave and Firefox) and nothing changes so it has to be a Quickbooks problem.

 

Can anyone help.

Please can you ring the support helpline on 0808 234 5337 so you can set up a screenshare with the agent so they have look into this more for you and it might need to be escalated to the engineers which they will do whilst on the call with you.  The support line is open from 8 til 7 monday to friday.
