Shared reports not visible to other client user or accountant
client set up shared reports not available to new client member or to accountant - reports set up as shared
Hi sallyt2, please have the client open the custom report, change the report name, and then re-share with all users. If they are unable to view following this, please set the 'share with' option on the report to none > save, and then change back 'share with' to all > save.
