Stock Valuation Detail Report

The Stock Valuation Detail Report hasn't loaded / worked for me in nearly 2 weeks.  I get the green "circle" showing it is trying to load, then I get a message saying "Something went wrong. We are working on it."  Does anyone know how I can get this fixed as I need this Report as one of my most-used Reports?  I use Quickbooks Plus online.  Thank you!

Can you please try clearing your cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down, reload it and log back into your account and try access that report again, let us know if the same thing still happens for you or if that resolves it. This link here will help you.  Thanks

Hi - thank you for your response.  I tried to 'live chat' on the issue too and I was asked by them to do the same thing (clear cache etc), but it didn't work.  I was also using Edge browser and was asked to switch to Chrome but the same is happening using that browser too.  I'll await a response from the technical team and see if it can be fixed.  Thanks anyway.
