The menu bar isn't working. When I click on the three bar strip nothing happens?

Are you using the QuickBooks Online Mobile App? If so, let's fix it by logging out and logging back in. If that won't work, let's make sure that the internet connection is strong to avoid any app function delays. You can also use a web browser when accessing your account.
