Question

The quarterly VAT report for Q3 now includes all transactions from the start of the financial year. What am I doing wrong? It should only include transactions for Q3.

Were the transactions from the start of the FY to Q3 already filed within QuickBooks?

They were indeed filed using Quickbooks and the MTD auto filing with HMRC.
