The VIEW RETURN option wont open in the CIS section. Any ideas ?

When you encounter unexpected behaviors like this, it's recommended to access your account in a private browsing window to ensure no outdated files are leading to this problem.

  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

Once you've logged into your account, try to view return again. If it works, it would be a good idea to clear the cache of the browser you're using to make sure this doesn't happen again.
