Question

There is smothing not right with the reports when the window is refreshed. Example when balnace sheet is opened you refresh after completing a Journal entry .

I have customised the reports and therefore I do not expect the format to change after a journal entry. Something right as it never use to happened having used the software since its inception in UK

Hi @henrya,

 

I'll take care of your query about customised reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Whenever you customise a report in QBO, ensure that you click on the Save customisation button. This allows you to access the customised report under the Custom reports tab, in the Reports page. if you reopen the same report under the Standard tab, it will show you the default format of the report in question.
