Unable to export reports - known QB fault

The issue was first noticed last week and reported on Friday. When exporting a report to Excel there is no data contained within the report.

 

Having spoken to support just now as the fault remains, I am advised there is no known repair date which is a huge concern.

 

This is now business critical.
