Hi, Jenny. I'm glad to share the solutions so you can print or save the full pages of your VAT Detail report.

You'll be able to print or save all the pages of your report from QuickBooks Online (QBO). Since you're only seeing the first one, a browser issue may affect this experience. For now, you can open QuickBooks through a private window. Then, print and save your report from there.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts to save you time:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

If it works, clear the cache of your main browser to remove browser history. You may also use another supported browser as an alternative.

Learn more about managing basic reports in QBO from this link: Run and print reports in QuickBooks Online. If you want to save their current customisation settings, memorise them.

Thank you for allowing me to help you out today. If you have other QuickBooks concerns, let me know by adding a comment below. Keep safe!
