Hello Rachaelororororo,

Welcome to the Community page,

We would advise that you speak to an accountant about how to record this in Quickbooks and what code to put down and also might be worth speaking with HMRC about this as well as they will be able to help and guide you on what to record it as.

Hello!  Have you set up your church as a charity?  It is very hard to answer your question above as there is not enough information regarding the set up of your church. However regardless of the structure, you need to keep detailed accounting records.  The structure you set up as will determine how your accounts need to be submitted and whether you will be liable to pay VAT.
