Question

WE have an email problem - when you go to the aged report, click the balance to bring up a statement, then email it, the address doesn't fill in. How can we fix it?

We had this problem initially sending all statements, but now it seems to be limited to the route above.

Let me help you figure this out so you can get back to business. 

 

Just make sure to enter the address of your customer when you create a transaction. Once done, customize the report to show up the address.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Find and open a report.
  3. Click the small Gear icon and put a checkmark on the address.

Once done, you're now ready to email the report in QuickBooks Online.
