When exporting reports, the email is not being received.

Hello there, Martkal44.

 

I'd like to ask if you're trying to mail your reports and the recipient didn't receive them? If so, you can let them check their Spam folders. If they are still not getting the emailed reports, you can follow try sending them. to yourself. If the same thing happens, you can follow the troubleshooting steps on this link: 3 solutions for when customers aren't receiving your emails.

 

On the other hand, if you downloaded the report first before emailing them, you can check you Sent section of your email if it was successfully delivered to the correct email.
