Question

When I applied for the account, it showed that the first year's fee was £3.15, but you charged me twice, £14, in the first and second months. I want to know why.

Hello there, bondimuk.

I understand your concern about the account charges and aim to clarify the issue.

The variation in charges could be due to several factors, such as the expiration of the initial promotional discount. Such offers typically have a limited duration, after which regular fees apply.

Additionally, there might be changes made to your QuickBooks subscription. Upgrades or downgrades may automatically disqualify offers or alter pricing.

To fix this, I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team to address the double charges on your account. They can securely access your account details and investigate the cause of the charges, which we cannot do here in the Community for security reasons.

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern.
  4. Click on I still need a human.
  5. Tap Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose to Get a callback.
