When I come to process a payment received by someone paying into my account it only gives 3 options Cash, Stock Assets, Un cat assets I did set up debit card but not show

You're referring to the Deposit to drop-down when receiving payment, correct? If so, and your debit card is still active, you should be able to see it. In this case, try logging into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser (incognito). There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, causing some unusual responses.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

 

Once signed in, try to receive the payment again to double-check.

 

If it works, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache. Every so often the cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
