Hello

A question for Quickbooks! When will the Cashflow Planner be available on web Quickbooks Online?

My client's told me about it because he can see it in his IoS app but I can't use it as it doesn't appear to have been rolled out on the web version yet - this post from February says it's coming soon.

Can you update us?

Thanks

Nik.

Hello NikB👋, The Cash Flow Dashboard Widget is now in the QuickBooks Labs section of QuickBooks Online (within the cog in the top right) if you toggle it on. We've included a link to a demo on how it works here

HI Emma

Thanks for your reply. I'm certain I replied to your post but it's not here so I'll try again!

The video you linked to has no audio so I'm missing some information.

I have the Cash Flow Widget installed already on my QB dashboard but it only shows cashflow to date and not Projected cash balance as I can see in the video. I also don't have the Cash Flow menu item in the left hand side menu as seen in the video.

How do I get the Cash Flow Projected working?

Many thanks

Nik.

Thank you for getting back to us here on the Community page, @NikB.

As mentioned by EmmaM above, the Cash Flow Dashboard Widget will be available on your Dashboard once it's turned on under the QuickBooks Labs. The Cash Balance can now be seen at the upper-right corner of the Cash Flow section.

Here's how:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online, the go to the Gear icon.
  2. Click on QuickBooks Labs under Account and Settings.
  3. Turn on the Cash Flow Dashboard Widget, then select Done.

I've added these screenshots for your visual reference.

Post again if you have any other questions. I'm always here to help. Have a good day!

Some version seems to be available now... not sure how it compares to the offline version

Thanks for joining us here, PostMo.

The Cash Flow Planner feature is already available in all versions of QuickBooks Online, both in the app and web version. This is currently not offered in the Desktop version.

Let me also share these articles about this feature for additional guidance:

Hi @JenoP

Thanks for keeping an eye on this thread.

I still can't see the Cashflow menu in my Quickbooks Online on the web. I've cleared the cache and all history as suggested somewhere above. I'm using Firefox 80.0 and Chrome 84.0.4147.135.

Can you help?

Nik.
