Hi Chris

Thanks for doing that. Can you try going to accounting >chart of accounts>above the word action on the left-hand side is a pencil, print symbol, and a cog>click on the cog>include inactive>search for that named sub-account in the search box. Does it then show up?

Thanks

Hello Mistopher,

Can you do some troubleshooting and see if that resolved this, can you clear your cache and cookies and see if the sub-account shows let us know how you get on. And you also make you that you did make it as a subaccount as if it has not been done correctly that could also be a reason why you can't see it.

Hi Ashleigh,

Thank you for your reply to my question. I have cleared my cache and cookies but the sub-account is still not visible in the Chart of Accounts. Here is some additional context that might be useful:

- I know the sub-account has been created because I can see it in some reports where expenses have been recorded to it

- the parent account for the sub-account is 'Bank Charges'

- some other sub-accounts (with different parent accounts) are visible in my Chart of Accounts, so it seems the issue is specific to this sub-account rather than sub-accounts in general

If you have any further suggestions they will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Chris
