Why can you STILL not customise statements to include the company telephone number or email?

These details are required on the statement itself and it is not sufficient to include this on the email

Hello Janeymo, You can include the company telephone number on customer statements. The customer statement gets its framework in terms of company details from the default invoice (whichever invoice template you have set as default in custom form styles) so as long as the default invoice includes the company telephone number then your customer statement will show the number. As well as if you wanted to include the company email as long as it was included on the default invoice in custom form styles( you can check this by going to that section, hitting edit on the default form, and then content) it would show on the statement (just click print preview on the statement to see then that they are included)
