Why does QB Online sales by customer detail report show the bundles mixed up? QB desktop same report shows the bundles exactly how they appear on the invoices. Fixplease?

I'll share some steps to help you fix the report, ciara-soulfood-i.

 

When items are mixed up in a report, it's possible that the rows/columns are grouped by a different type. Let's check the report by following these steps:

 

  1. Go to Reports on the left panel.
  2. Type Sales by Customer Detail in the search field.
  3. Select the Report period, and make sure Customer is selected from the Group by drop-down menu.
  4. Click the Run report button.
