I’ve got you covered, @enquiries39.

If you’re using an iOS device, cached data might be the reason behind this. Please know that once the cached files have issues, QuickBooks functionalities may get affected. You can reset your app to fix all the features and operation-related problems.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Menu ☰.
  2. Select Help & Feedback.
  3. Click Refresh Data.
  4. Tap Refresh to confirm.

Also, ensure your app is updated to prevent issues like missing features. Then, you can generate a Profit and Loss report.

On the other hand, if you’re using an Android device, you’ll need to go to the My business menu to access your Profit and Loss. The program constantly changes its interface to improve users’ experience.

It’s the yearly profit and loss chart that has disappeared from the home page of the app and replaced with a monthly one like the picture above. It’s still in the Home Screen on desk top version but no longer in the app.
