Woocommerce synch. I have a verified tested connection. When i try and send to qb it does something but transaction doesnt seem to appear in qb, whats going wrong?

To better isolate this one, let's try accessing QuickBooks Online (QBO) using a private window. This mode doesn't use the existing cache data and helps us confirm browser-related issues.

 

To use a private browser, here’s how:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If that works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If the issue persists, open an alternative browser available for you.
