1099 vendor that showed up in my list last year is not showing up this year. They are flagged 1099 and do meet the threshold - they appear in the non-reportable list

1. Go to the Help icon and click the Search tab.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter a short description of your concern and select Continue.
4. Choose between Chat with us and Have us call you.

Furthermore, you can run 1099 reports in QBO to view your vendor payment totals.
