1099NEC not printing

I have QB 2021 R8P - I can print 1099MISC perfectly fine.  When I try to print 1099NEC, everything looks fine but I cannot preview or print the actual 1099 form, if i try to align the form, I get an error and program shuts down.  The 1096 will print perfectly with correct info.

Thank you for taking the time to post today. Let me help you with your printing issue.

 

You'll want to reset the updates in your QuickBooks and try printing the form again. If the same thing happens, please contact our QuickBooks Desktop Support team so they can use more tools to check this further.

 

To update QuickBooks:
 

  1. Click on Help and choose Update QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Go to the Update Now tab. You can select the Reset Update checkbox to clear all previous update downloads.
  3. Select Get Updates.
     

To contact Support:
 

  1. Click on Help.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Choose Contact us.
  4. In the description field, enter a summary of the scenario and hit Continue.
  5. Click Message an agent.
