Question

2 months into quickbooks online and I still cannot use it. Data Migration failed again, no customers, banking, invoices... everything says create, setup or get started.

tech support yesterday, over 2 hrs... why offer it when they are of no help?

Do you need to convert data from QB Desktop or another accounting program?
