2023 1099 Forms

Trying to import the 2022 info to begin prepping 2023 1099 NEC Forms.  I've lost so much time trying to solve this.  I can't get past the message:  <<<Failed to import data from tax file. Error occurred while parsing the data from tax file.>>>

 

Advice? Solution?
