7 days pending for mobile deposited checks

Deposit speeds for online customer payments will depend on the product you're using and the payment type.

If you just started with QuickBooks Payments, your first ACH payments may take up to 5 business days during the initial first to four-week setup period.

After our team completes the setup process, they will email you to confirm your payments have been processed at the normal speed.

Given it's been 7 days since the payment was processed, I recommend contacting our Merchant Support Team. This way, they can access your payments account to investigate why the transaction hasn't been deposited yet.
