A customer in canada isnt able to process payment with QBO payment link as his postal code cant be entered into the zip field?

I know how important to let your customer enter their postal codes in the Zip field when they receive the payment link. Let me share some information about this matter.

 

QuickBooks Payments offers payment links that allow US customers to process their payments. Unfortunately, customers from other regions are unable to enter their postal codes and use this service. However, you can still use other third-party payment processors, such as Discover, Mastercard, Visa, or Apple Pay, which are available in Canada and other regions.

 

Another option that you can do is to accept payments through  ACH bank transfer which allows your customer to process their payments wherever they are.  

 

Furthermore, once you receive the payments, you can process them to match with the existing invoices in QuickBooks Online. 

 

Also, you can run a Transaction List by Customer report to view all the transactions of a specific customer.
