Question

A customer paid for invoice it says paid and deposited. I have a quickbooks checking it said it would show up within 3 to 5 days it's been a lot longer. ???

Any idea how to find it or something I need to do ? Costumer is upset 🥺

I recognize the importance of showing up the deposit of your customer, aprilkemry.

 

In QuickBooks Payments, if it's the first deposit, we typically process it within three to five business days as we review and set up your Merchant account. The initial deposit may take longer, but once set up correctly, customer payments will be deposited more quickly.

 

Also. the deposit speed depends on the product you're using and the type of payment you're processing. You can follow the steps below to check the status of all your processed payments.

 

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. From the homepage, select Activities & Reports and then Deposits.
  3. Select the date range in the Dates field.
  4. Select Search.

 

Since the processing time has already exceeded the usual duration, I recommend contacting our payment support team. This way, they can review your account and check the status of the deposit.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help.
  3. Select the Search tab, then choose Contact Us.
  4. Type in your issue or concern in the field.
  5. Hit Continue.
  6. Click the Chat or Callback option.
