I received the following instructions for QBO to see an A/R Report Summary with invoice dates but my customize report button does not have a display tab.  Can anyone point me in the correct direction?

To add invoice dates to the A/R Aging Summary report in QuickBooks, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the Reports menu and select Customers & Receivables.
2. Choose A/R Aging Summary.
3. Click on the Customize Report button.
4. In the Display tab, select the Invoice Date option under Columns.
5. Click on OK to save the changes.

This will add the invoice dates to the A/R Aging Summary report. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask.

I appreciate you trying the steps to run the A/R aging summary report. Let me shed some light on the steps to help you show the Invoice date in your report.

Customizing the A/R aging summary report is different in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Follow these steps on how to customize it.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports. Then, search for A/R Agin Summary Report.
  2. On the report, click the amount under the Total column.
  3. Click Columns on the top right corner of your screen. Then, click More Columns.
  4. Search Invoice on the search bar.
  5. On the Transactions field, click the dropdown arrow.
  6. Tick the Invoice Date, then click Save as.

This way, you'll see the invoice date for every transaction in the report.

I've also added a screenshot for your visual reference.
