A/R Summary has 1200 zero balance customers after migration from Desktop
After my incredibly awful experience with the migration from Desktop to Online, (which took 7 hours over 2 days and 11 agents from various depts) I found the A/R Summary report didn’t look at all like the desktop report. I had a 1-hour Online orientation session with Floradelia, who had a very heavy Indian accent. The appt lasted 1.5 hours, and she could not explain why, or fix the fact that 1200 past customers were showing up on my A/R summary with zero balances making it impossible to easily see who owed and how much. So far, I have not found a way to fix this without clicking each individual customer, which would take hours and hours.
Is there a migration expert with mega experience who speaks English as a first language who can help me?
