Is there a straightforward way to adjust the cash basis receivables balance showing in a cash basis report?

QB ignores A/R balances created by invoices and credit memos on cash basis reports.  Any other transaction type (check, journal entry, payment, etc.) used to book A/R will show on cash basis reports.
