Add account called "Refunds" to chart of accounts

Hi,

I have to make a journal entry adjusting income from sales.  My accountant wants me to adjust "services" , "Refunds", and "Fees"

Services is our income account.  The refunds are ones that had been made through the credit card company and I was posting them under services... which is wrong.
