Question

After Reconciling Credit Card Accounts. I click on pay all or portion of, it takes me to the bill pay screen but it's blank. Nothing is filled out. Same for all accounts

As per checking, I've found an ongoing investigation regarding a blank check after reconciling using a credit card account in QuickBooks Online (QBO). We don't have an exact timeframe, however, our investigation team is doing their best to resolve this issue. Also, we recommend contacting the support team to add you to the affected list of active users and get notified via email when fixed.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.

This issue is still not resolved. Worked fine up until two months ago.

However, upon checking, the investigation is still ongoing. It'll be best to contact our QuickBooks Online Support team. They'll securely obtain your account information and add you on the list of affected users. You'll then receive accurate updates on the progress of the investigation via email.
