Question

After updating my Mac to Os Sonoma I can no longer see the line items when printing my invoices. I have tried downloading them to print as well and it comes out the same.

Currently, there's an ongoing investigation into the inability to print reports and transactions in QBO using Mac computers. Rest assured, our Engineering Team is aware of this and is working diligently to resolve it.

 

To get you in the loop on the latest updates on the issue, I encourage you to contact our Customer Care Team. They will request your contact details to include you on the list of affected users. Once you're on the list, we'll send you an email notification once the issue is resolved. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose Get a callback.

 

Please review our support hours to ensure we can address your concerns promptly.

 

You'll also want to personalize the appearance of your sales transactions by adding specific information to your invoices and other forms to make them more professional-looking.
