I keep getting botted from the app and now I can't gain access to they customer info to send invoices

There are ways to resolve the customer information that isn't showing in your QuickBooks Mobile app, Crickster. Let's perform troubleshooting steps to fix this issue.

 

If you're experiencing any minor issues with your QBO Mobile app, we can reset it to improve its performance and enable you to access the latest information from the cloud. It will help resolve any minor issues with your QBO Mobile app.

 

If you're using an Android, follow these steps to delete your app's data:

 

  1. Open your device's Settings.
  2. Go to Apps (the name might differ slightly depending on your device).
  3. Find and select the QuickBooks app from the list.
  4. Tap on Storage.
  5. Select the option Clear Data.

 

Here's for iOS:

 

  1. Go to your phone's settings.
  2. Select General, then choose iPhone Storage.
  3. Tap QuickBooks Online from the application list.
  4. Select Offload App to free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app.

 

Once done, you can revert to your Customer menu to verify if you can already access them.

Alternatively, open your QuickBooks account via web browse if you're still experiencing the same issue.
