We need to adjust the status and date filters on the Invoices page to display all your invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), brauchmi. I'll guide you through the process.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
  2. Go to the Invoices menu and select the Invoices tab.
  3. Filter the Status and Date fields to All.

In case the issue persists even after performing the steps above, this display issue is likely related to your browser. We can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this.

Start by pulling up your QBSE account using a private browser (incognito). Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox)
  • Control Option (Safari)

Once signed in, go to the Invoices menu to view all your invoices.

If you're able to do so, return to your default browser and clear its cache. After that, log out and then log back into your account. This will refresh the system and remove older data that causes viewing and performance issues.

However, if this matter continues, I'd recommend using other supported browsers.

Also, you're able to customize your invoices in QBSE. It's where you can select your details (i.e., invoice number), design, and email information. To know more about this, I'd recommend checking out this article: Create invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed (Customize your invoice section).
