All of my attachments to expense items no longer show up on invoices. In the past, we would see them at the bottom of the invoice page and we could select

Let me share some information about the attachments to expenses not showing up on invoices.

 

Please note that there is an ongoing investigation INV-104943 where attachments linked to a bill with reimbursable expenses are not showing on the invoice when those expenses are selected.

 

With this, I highly suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Support to have yourself added to the affected list of users. You can follow the steps below to know how to reach them:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.

Additionally, you can run the Transactions List by Customer report to display your billable expenses. You can also customize this report to get the most out of your financial reports.
