All of my vendors are gone and when I try to read the vendors it said they already exist but they don't show up when I try to add an expense?

My vendors are gone and I try and re-add a vendor it says it already exists how do I force the redownload of my vendors to my app?

To resolve the issue, we can refresh the app data. To do so, please ensure your device is connected to the internet. I can guide you through the process.

 

For iOS:

 

  1. Open Menu and select Help & Feedback.
  2. Click Refresh Data.
  3. Tap Refresh to confirm.

 

For Android:

 

  1. Select the Menu at the top right and choose Settings.
  2. Click Refresh Data and then hit Yes.

 

Alternatively, using a mobile browser, you can access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company.
