Question

All of the sudden online payments are disabled by default for new invoices in the QBO app. I have them enabled in settings. This only affects the mobile app.

Thanks for giving us a heads-up that the payment option is only disabled in the QBO mobile app, Phil.

 

There's been a couple of updates made to the invoice layout. However, the online payment feature is available in both web and mobile app versions.
 
To help address any unexpected behavior when using the app, I recommend updating it. This will apply the necessary fixes and ensure compatibility on your device.

Just in case the same thing happens, you can also temporarily uninstall and reinstall the app. Let me share the steps for that:

 

  1. Tap and hold the QBO mobile app on your phone.
  2. Drag the app to the Uninstall section.
  3. Click Yes to confirm.
