The ability to consolidate your billable expense into one line item on the invoice is unavailable. All information from a billable expense transaction will be displayed once added to the invoice.

 

Here's how to add billable expenses to the invoice:

 

  1. Select + New.
  2. Select Invoice.
  3. In the Customer dropdown menu, select the customer you created as a billable expense. This opens the Add to Invoice window.
  4. Select Add on the billable expense you want to charge to your customer.
  5. Select Save and Close.
