Question

Am I the only one that absolutely hates the new invoice format?

First thing that's missing is the description in the preview when entering each item.  I have multiple types, sizes, colors etc of a great number of items.
Second, I have entered that I do not collect sales tax for this customer, county or state & still I'm taken back to the top of the invoice after each entry, some invoices have over 70 items, for QuickBooks "alert" that I need more info on sales tax!  Infuriating!

No, you're not the only person. Many have complained. Intuit just went ahead and released the new invoice form that many hate.

But don't worry, 'cause it's new and improved. You'll soon love it.

New has nothing to do with it..I run a small online business..I don't have a full time bookkeeper to retitle most of my inventory because some corporate ninny decided to reformat something that worked fine.  What's the improvement?

I worked with the last "new format" & sent feedback on the exact same issues.  So no, I will not soon like it...lol I'm hopeful last comment was said in jest..

@karen-melton-hot  RE: What's the improvement?

From what I can tell, there are no improvements at all, only new limitations. They've taken away a laundry list of features and they call it an improvement. Has anyone seen the Emperor's new clothes? They're supposed to be spectacular!

It's like Intuit is trying to dumb-down QB Online so it can work on a phone or something - that being more important than an actually-functional accounting system.
