Question

An invoice I sent was paid, but it is not in my bank account. How does this work? How many days does it take to appear in my account?

I'd be glad to provide you with the details of tracking customer remittances, kit.

Generally, deposit speed relies on the product you're using and the type of payment involved. Users subscribed to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) with Merchant Services can receive invoice payments within 3 - 5 business days. If it's your first time processing this, we'll deposit your first set of payments within five business days. It might take longer since we're still setting up your merchant account. After everything is configured accordingly, we'll deposit your customer deposits much faster.

Once received, the system will automatically mark it as paid. If you wish to send your customer a copy of their paid invoice, click the Send button in the Action column on the Invoice page (if you're using a browser) or select Email if using the mobile app.
