Any body knows a good app that pulls bank statements from the online banking

What file format you can download from your bank? e.g CSV, QBO, PDF?

We're unable to recommend specific third-party apps that can pull bank statements from online banking to QuickBooks Online (QBO), Eric. However, we can guide you on how to search for one within your account. 

Let's go to the Apps menu to complete this task. Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
2. Go to the Apps menu on the left navigation bar.
3. Search for the app you wish to connect to in the magnifying glass bar or select the Browse category drop-down to search for an app by category.

Additionally, we recommend regularly reconciling your QBO accounts (monthly) to effectively track your income and expenses.
