Any idea why my customers aren't able to pay via wire transfer of card?

Multiple customers have had to mail me checks because my direct payment via wire transfer and cards are not working

Before we start, did your customer receive an error message while doing the process? 

 

If your customers are experiencing difficulties with wire transfers, it could be due to being a recent subscriber to a QuickBooks Payment account.

 

However, if you've been subscribed to payments for an extended period, I recommend contacting our support team. They can review your account status and offer further assistance in resolving any issues related to wire transfer payments.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion with your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose to Have us call you to connect with us.

Plus, Essentials, Simple Start:

  • Monday to Friday: 6 AM to 6 PM PT
