Anybody else finding first time clients confused by the QB emailed invoices?

I'm here to clear things up about QuickBooks Online (QBO) emailed invoices.

 

Before anything else, I'd like to know where specific areas or what details in emailed invoices you're confused with. For us to help you fix it if there's something wrong.

 

The QBO emailed invoice information is based on the details you put in the default invoice form. To review them, go to the Custom Form Styles and check the Content and Email section. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper right corner. Then, select Custom form styles below the Your Company field.
  2. Look for the invoice form that has  "Invoice (default)" status below the Form Type column. Tap Edit.
  3. Review the Design and Content.
  4. After that, go to the Emails section. Ensure to show Full details. Then, mark the PDF Attached.
  5. Tap the Preview PDF below to see full details.
